Job Summary

What you will be doing: 

📍Performance Marketing and Channels Management: 📍Supervise the performance lead to develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. 📍Develop channel and promotion strategies to drive full funnel presence, footprint and conversion to maximize marketing efficiency
📍Customer Life-cycle Management : 📍Supervise CRM lead to develop cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase the customer life-time value
📍Analyze customer behaviour and enhance segmentation strategy to capture right moments for the right product to the right customersDevelop and implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction throughout their lifecycle. 📍Customer Retention and Fulfilment: 📍Design and implement customer loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships and enhance brand loyalty. 📍Implement strategies to understand and minimize churn rates by reducing cancellation rate and boosting renewal rate. 📍Oversee customer fulfilment processes; including gift redemption, to ensure seamless customer experiences. 📍Data Analysis and Sales Optimization: 📍Utilize data analytics to derive actionable insights and optimize sales opportunities in real-time. 📍Be able to observe adverse trend in time and conduct adhoc analysis to capture opportunities or eliminate threads to sales
📍Marketing Promotion Planning: 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing promotions effectively. 📍Budget Planning and Management: 📍Manage budget allocation effectively to achieve growth targets and optimize resource utilization. 📍Growth Hacking: 📍Generate innovative growth hacking ideas and lead their execution to accelerate company growth.

What we are looking for: 

📍Proven Experience in Performance Marketing: 📍Minimum of 12 years of overall experience with at least 7 years in leading a Growth Team at a FinTech 📍Start-up, Unicorn or digital media agency, preferably within the insurance or technology sector. 📍Successful Scaling of Insurance or Tech Business in Asian Markets: 📍Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling an insurance or tech business in Asian markets, showcasing expertise in navigating the complexities of the region's regulatory environment and market dynamics. 📍Strong Experience in Operating Within a Data-Driven Organization: 📍Extensive experience operating within a data-driven organization, with a focus on leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and optimize growth initiatives. 📍Proven ability to scale an InsurTech startup from inception, demonstrating proficiency in implementing data-driven growth strategies from the ground up. 📍Leadership in Managing Large Multicultural Teams: 📍Proven leadership experience in managing large, multicultural teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration, diversity, and inclusion to drive organizational success. 📍Ability to inspire and motivate teams across different regions and cultures, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
